When you enter a pub or a party you want to know who is around.
Maybe your facebook or myspace friends are here? maybe you want to aquire new friends?
When you enter the pub/party you will get a message like "You entered mingler zone, do you want to connect?".
If you do not have the application installed on your mobile you will receive the application via bluetooth.
Then you can connect to the Mingler network and will be able to see who is around and if someone from your web social network is present.
In the future members will be able to locate their friends from the web and will have other features available that are too early to disclose.
And it is all for free (no monthly payment nor download payment and etc')
